Shipping & Delivery Policy
Online Shipping
Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. All small parcels will be shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service, and large parcels will be shipped via Purolator’s Ground shipping service or Via local delivery company.
Small Parcel:
Small parcels include all cushions, cushion covers, outdoor water proof protectors, decals, décor items & any other small items we may choose to add on to our product line-up.
Free shipping is available to all provinces on small parcel orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping charge. A shipping fee of $7.99 is applicable to all small parcel orders under $75 before taxes. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service and will take 7-10 business days to arrive once your order has been processed.
Large Parcel:
Large parcels include all chairs, couches & sectionals, tables, umbrellas, gazebos and pergolas and any other large parcels we may choose to add to our product line-up.
Currently shipping/delivery is only available on all large parcel orders on Vancouver Island except for the following areas; past Shirley, Tofino & Ucluelet, North of Courtney/Comox , These areas a shipping surcharge of $150 will apply. Large parcels will also be delivered to the surrounding islands including: Saltspring, Galiano and Saturna Island with a surcharge of $150. Large parcel orders will be shipped via Purolator’s Ground shipping service or a local delivery carrier with a signature required upon delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for all orders to arrive once it has been processed.
Local deliveries on purchases of $400 or more are free. Local delivery is currently from Duncan south including areas south of Shirley. Areas between Duncan and Courtney/Comox are considered local deliveries but we apologize delivery days are currently limited. Please contact us for schedule.

Restrictions:
• There are no deliveries on weekends for Canada Post or Purolator Carriers.
• Currently we are unable to ship/deliver Large parcels outside of the Vancouver Island & Gulf Island Area cost effectively. If you are outside our delivery area please contact us before purchasing.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking My Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking on My Orders to view the status of your order and obtain your tracking number.

Local Delivery
When you buy an outdoor seating set, you’ll receive FREE Professional Delivery 7 Days a Week!*
We will call you in advance and give you a 3-hour delivery window so you don't have to stay at home all day.
Our delivery teams are professional, courteous and friendly.
At your home, our teams will protect any gardens, outdoor fixtures and deck material. We'll set up your new Outdoor Seating set and take away all the packing materials. Plus, if you wish, we will build and install any of gazebo or pergola purchased from us at a reasonable rate. Please ask one of our sales associates for full details.
*We deliver 7 days a week but not all areas are available everyday. For more details please contact us and we will aim to accommodate your delivery schedule.
